This may include important information such as an event cancellation, postponement, or relocation. It may also include a question or problem related to your order or payment. Season ticket holders may also be contacted regarding annual season ticket renewals regardless of whether or not they’ve chosen to be included on the mailing list.

Unless you’ve chosen to submit personal information to us though registration or the purchase of products and/or services, Durango Celtic Festival cannot identify you. Refund Policy:
All sales are final. If the event permits, ticket holders may exchange their tickets for an additional fee ($5 per ticket) by phone for another performance within the same season.
In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted via email with new event information (or ticket return instructions) as soon as possible.
